Issue: When using AMD graphic card with Gaming App 188.8.131.52, GPU core clock would stick to the OC Mode/ Gaming Mode/Silent Mode's GPU core clock and won't drop automatically when there's no loading.
1. Tested with Nvidia graphic cards(GTX 970 gaming 4G) with Gaming App 184.108.40.206, GPU core clock could drop automatically when there's no stress test running.
2. Tested with MSI Afterburner, ASUS GPU Tweak, GIGABYTE OC GURUII and adjust GPU core clock to the value of OC Mode(1050Mhz)/ Gaming Mode(Default:1030Mhz)/Silent Mode(975Mhz), after running GPU stress test, the GPU core clock would drop automatically.

Solution: Gaming APP ver. 6.0.0.09
Root Cause: Gaming APP using Nvidia and AMD graphic card API to decide whether the GPU core clock will drop or not when there's no loading. Nvidia original API set the GPU core clock to drop automatically but AMD graphic API set the GPU core clock not to drop automatically. Now SW team discussed with VGA team and finally decided to modify Gaming App to drop GPU core clock when AMD cards connected.
